| Description: | This solicitation establishes a purchase agreement for the provision of parts and labor to furnish and install a Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) and associated ductwork for the second-floor kiln room at the Arts 302 Center. The awarded contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the installation in accordance with the specifications outlined in this solicitation. All work must meet the required specifications, applicable codes, and completion requirements identified in this solicitation. Services will be authorized through issuance of a purchase order, and payment will be rendered Net 30 after satisfactory completion and acceptance of the work in accordance with standard purchasing procedures. |
