INVITATION TO BID
Bids are invited by the owner of 169 West Granby Road, Granby, CT. Bids will be received on
behalf of the owner by the Town of Granby, Community Development Director’s Office, 15 North
Granby Road, Granby, CT 06035 until 2:00 P.M., March 31, 2026 at which time they will be opened
and read aloud.
Bid packages are available at the Town of Granby’s website, www.granby-ct.gov , quick links ITB,
RFQ’s & RFP’s, or at the State of Conn. CT Source website, portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/Login

Mandatory pre-bid conference. 9:30 AM on March 24, 2026, 169 West Granby Road, Granby, CT
Scope of work includes: Windows, Doors, Electrical, Well Pump &Tank, Lead Paint Abatement.
