All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy.

As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

The interested vendors shall be able to provide:

30 Ea – goTenna UHF radios

1 Ea – goTenna Edge Relay

Delivery of each item to McConnell AFB, 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

GoTenna or equal devices for emergency response during loss of primary communication means or off base response. The system will provide faster and more accurate situational awareness for planning and recovery.

The equipment shall meet all of the following characteristics:

- UHF radios for encrypted mesh communications allowing for communication without Wi-Fi or cell service.

- An interface for ground, real-time situational awareness during contingency events for responders and command and control nodes.

- Radios must come with an extender that will reach at least 100 miles.
