The work shall include removing all deposited material from the stockpile at the Town of Franklin DPW yard adjacent to 257 Fisher Street, Franklin, MA. The successful bidder is expected to dispose of catch basin material as directed by the Environmental Affairs Superintendent or his designee.
The material shall be handled in accordance with Massachusetts Catch Basin Material hauling and disposal regulations. Bidders are encouraged to contact the Mass DEP for rules and regulations regarding catch basin cleanings that may affect the bid dollar amounts and the proper disposal of these materials.
