The City of Blue Springs is requesting price quotations for an Annual Concrete Repair/Construction Agreement. The concrete repairs/construction will be made at various locations throughout the City of Blue Springs. The line item rates listed (labor, material, overhead, profit, haul off, etc.) in your quotation shall be firm for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance by the City of Blue Springs and may be adjusted per the Annual Inflation Adjustment Increase as bid by the contractor.
