Description:

New construction of a 25,000 sf Marine Technology Institute of South Carolina on the Georgetown Campus. The building will support boat building and outboard marine motor technician programs. The building will be conventional steel, masonry, metal wall panels with aluminum framed storefront and glazed aluminum curtain wall. Roof system will be PVC fully adhered membrane. Interior finishes include wood wall paneling, carpet, and porcelain.
