RFP 2M25-17 Construction Management Services Green Street Demonstration Project on Main Street

The City of Alhambra is requesting proposals for professional Construction Management Services for the Green Street Demonstration Project on Main Street (Project). The Request for Proposals (RFP) and Plans and Specifications are included herein for your review and consideration. The corresponding Notice Inviting Bid (NIB No. N2M25-107) documents are available for download at ( https://www.alhambraca.gov/bids.aspx ).

Proposals are due on Thursday October 16, 2025 by 4:30 pm. Please submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal to the address below:

Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, October 16,2025. Cost proposal shall be submitted under a separate cover indicating on the envelope “Sealed Cost Proposal-Do Not Open with Regular Mail.”
