Description: The work of this single bid project includes providing a new ADA accessible entrance addition to Harder Hall, constructed in 1969. The scope of work will remove the existing non-compliant stairs at the main entrance and provide a new 650 SF enclosed ADA accessible entrance addition including a lift. Also included are site modifications to the exterior of the building for ADA compliance to include concrete sidewalks. A planting bed and new main entry sign will also be provided. The existing slate vestibule floor will be removed and replaced. Plans will be available after December 23, 2024, through Rotolite-Elliot Corporation (585-385-1463 & www.rotoliteelliott.com ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 8, 2025, at 10:00a.m., meeting at Holmes Auditorium Room 304.

Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
