Description: Suffolk County Community College is accepting bids from qualified contractors site clearing associated with the construction of the future Automotive Technology Center on the Grant Campus in Brentwood, NY, located at Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, NY 11717. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m . All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid meeting. Bidders shall assemble in the lobby of the Renewable Energy and STEM Center on the Grant Campus , Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, NY 11717. The walkthrough shall commence from this location. Due Date: 01/08/2025 11:00 AMContract Term: Substantial completion by February 15, 2025 inclusive of felling and removal of all trees and brush.
