Replacement Air Handling Units and Air-Cooled Condenser Units at OCC

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit detailed proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for the installation of a 5-ton and 7.5-ton Air Handler and Air-Cooled Condensing replacement units delivered F.O.B Destination to 93 Oak St Buffalo, New York. NFTA reserves the right to award as a whole or in part.

The scope of work for this procurement includes removal of existing units, delivery and installation. Additionally, all labor, tools, material equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project are included in the scope as outlined herein. The work is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates. RFP No. 240056 has been cancelled in entirety, and a replacement RFP under no. 240087 will be advertised in its place.
