The City of Roseville is soliciting competitive, sealed proposals from qualified contractors to design, build, and maintain a solar installation on City of Roseville property and provide power to City of Roseville facilities. The City has been approved to submit a Full Minnesota Solar on Public Buildings grant application.
To be considered, please provide a PDF copy of a proposal, which must be received by Ryan Johnson, Environmental Manager, ryan.johnson@cityofroseville.com by 5:00 p.m. on April 28, 2025. The City of Roseville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.
