25-3942 Downtown Ambassador Services

The City of Greenville, SC, Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department is requesting proposals from qualified downtown ambassador service providers with demonstrated experience and capability of managing various downtown services in public spaces. In accordance with the best industry practices and acceptable methods, the ambassador program contractor will provide training, management, personnel, equipment, reporting and other necessary items for the successful implementation of downtown ambassador services. The ambassador program will work with the City of Greenville to provide residents, businesses and visitors with an increased level of service. This will include teams to facilitate environmental maintenance services, homeless liaison resources, hospitality ambassador services, and park safety and park compliance patrols.

The initial term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with the right to extend for two (2) successive years.  Renewal for each successive year shall be based on acceptable contract performance under the terms of the contract.
