NOTICE FOR BIDDERS - Bank Depository
Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions, that the Madison County Board of
Education of Madison County School District pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37-7-333,
27-105-305 and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi Code Ann. of 1972 as amended, shall receive
sealed bids for the privilege of keeping the School District funds for three consecutive years
beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
The Madison County School District will accept sealed Bids until 2:00 p.m., CST, April 21, 2026,
at the Office of the Superintendent of Education, 476 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, MS
39157.
The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
