Description View Changes

VA is seeking to lease a maximum of 6,102 rentable square feet (RSF) / 4,791 ABOA of clinical space in Bakersfield, California. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include a minimum of 24 on-site surface parking spaces.



Lease Term: 20 years, 5 Years Firm.

Bounded on the North: 7th Standard/Merle Haggard Dr.



Bounded on the East: North Chester/Chester Ave.



Bounded on the South: McCutchen/Hosking Ave.



Bounded on the West: Allen Rd.
