INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Maine Department of Marine Resources is conducting a competitive bid process for the Fish Passage

Improvements at the Outlet of Meddybemps Lake (BGS #3894) in Meddybemps, Maine. Bids will be

opened and read aloud by the Bureau of General Services at 2:00 p.m. on April 8, 2026. The project

includes the removal of a dam and construction of a new nature-like fishway at Meddybemps Lake.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete project as shown on plans. The
