Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a non-personal service contract for Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Pharmacy Compounding Services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. The contractor shall provide the compounding pharmacy and all labor, medications, ingredients, supplies, components, equipment, supervision, management, and transportation, to compound, prepare, and deliver various sterile formulations and sizes of TPN bags, as prescribed by Military Treatment Facility (MTF) healthcare providers and tailored to individual patient needs, to TAMC. This is a new/initial requirement.



The anticipated period of performance consists of a base period plus four option periods with performance commencing in December 2025. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is applicable to this prospective contract.



The proposed acquisition will be set aside 100% to small business concerns. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 325412. The solicitation package is estimated to be available on https://sam.gov within two weeks of this posting. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
