The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, an assessment of existing green roofs at two locations; the City of Annapolis Police Department at 199 Taylor Ave and Pip Moyer Recreation Center at 273 Hilltop Lane Annapolis Maryland, followed by maintenance of the green roofs and a survey of the as-maintained condition..
The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
