NO SPECIFICATION OR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION POSTING, SOLICITATION EXPECTED TO BE POSTED ON/AROUND 26 FEBRUARY 2025

One New Integral Quench Furnace equipped as required by WVA Manufacturing Engineering Specification # 02-25-3680

Contractor to include contract data prepared and delivered in accordance with CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST (DD FORM 1423) which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A (NOT SEPERATELY PRICED).

Delivery: 360 Days After Delivery of Contract, or Better

FOB Destination delivery

Estimated Date of Solicitation: 26 FEBRUARY 2025

SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications.

Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Beta.SAM Opportunities website at https://www.beta.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA).

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
