Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Development of Clover Hill Lane, a Village-owned Parcel

The Village of Sidney invites proposals for the purchase and development of the Clover Hill Lane Subdivision, an approximately 435,600-square-foot, (10 acre) Village-owned property (Parcel ID’s 138.8-3-1, 138-2-7.122 and 138-2-14.22) located in the southeast corner of the Village just minutes from interstate I-88. This property, following developer subdivision subject to an agreement with the Village, has shovel-ready lots and pre-installed infrastructure, including municipal sewer, water access, and underground electricity. Additionally, it is located in the Sidney Central School District, honored as a New York State Recognition School by the New York State Commissioner of Education, making it an ideal site for housing development.
