10/15/2025 sent Schedule A sample. 10/16/25 was told PM was waiting for
feedback. 10/20/25 emailed PM asking for an update. 11/6/2025 emailed PM
asking for an update; received email that PM is out of office from 10/31-11/10.
11/6/2025 sent another email informing if I do not receive instructions on how
Schedule should be created by 11/14/2025 the requistion will be deleted.
11/11/2025: received instructions on how the bid form is to be created.
