Description

DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT The purpose of this amendment is for the following:

Update the Statement of Work (SOW) with clarifying language for the requirement.

Extend the offer due dates from 3/18/2026 to 3/25/2026.

Update the pricing schedule to add 1 additional CLIN for each contract year for a total of 5 additional CLIN.
