THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26126Q0307 on a brand name or equal basis on/around March 18, 2026, for the purchase of Medical Gases.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 6835.

This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement and is an Open Market set aside for SDVOSBs.

All RFQ details shall be included in the solicitation. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be emailed to Edward.hunter@va.gov with RFQ 36C26126Q0307 in the subject line. All amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/home.
Interested firms are reminded that, in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR Part 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. In addition, all contractors that claim Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) status shall be verified in the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) at the Small Business Administration website at, https://search.certifications.sba.gov/, at the time of submission of offer as well as at time of award.
Non-Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) firms must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter with their quote.
