The Flexible Litigation Augmentation Support for HQDA(FLASH) program under U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) is searching interested vendors to provide all administrative, logistical, professional and technical labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, technology, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide a wide range of professional legal support services and products through the course of litigations, investigations, board proceedings, and responses to third party subpoenas, Congressional inquiries, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Contractor shall also prepare and present executive level briefings for JAGC personnel, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel concerning work performed. Contractor shall maintain all data in an electronic format available for analysis and reporting. Data remains the property of the Government. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
