The purpose of this solicitation for Design
Services for the Wildlight RW – Storage and Repump Project (this
"Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide a 2.0 Mgal above ground storage tank.
Pumps with an enclosure, fencing, a backup power generator, and an access road
will also need to be constructed as described in this Solicitation (the
"Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work
with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
