TWO SITE VISIT DATES AVAILABLE (Must attend one of the two) July 29th, 2025 at 10:00am local time EST or July 30th, 2025 at 10:00am local time EST. Site Visit will meet in front of building 003 (the one with the clocktower in it) to get visitor badges

If you wish to attend the site visit please send an email to kelly.wright@usda.gov and victor.ponte@usda.gov with the title “1232SA25R0024 Site Visit Registration” please include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is July 25, 2025, any registration request received after July 25, 2025 will not be accepted.
Attendees should be employed by the prime contractor that intends to provide an offer for this solicitation. Subcontractor attendees are allowed to attend, and shall identify which prime contractor they are attending with on the sign in roster sheet. Prime contractors may not send multiple subcontractors to represent them, in an attempt to compete subcontractors amongst each other. Prime contractors may send proxy subcontractors to represent them in this capacity, given they clearly identify on the sign in sheet what prime contractor they are representing on the site visit. Subcontractors that fail to disclose on the sign in roster which prime contractor they are representing as a proxy, then that prime contract will not be given credit as attending the mandatory site visit.
Questions (Request for Information RFI) must be submitted no later than 08/01/2025 by 5:00pm CST. Any questions submitted after this date will not be accepted or reviewed. Additionally, the Contracting Officer will make the final determination what questions will be answered, specifically not all questions may be answered if they are deemed not relevant or can be found in the RFP documents.
