Urinalysis Testing

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Nathan Kline Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Urinalysis Testing at the Nathan Kline Institute, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

An optional site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than April 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday May 6th, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on May 13, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
