Market Research Services RFP.

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA” or “Authority”) invites market research service providers (hereinafter, “Proposer”) to submit proposals (“Proposals”) in response to this solicitation. The objective of this solicitation is to identify and contract with multiple firms that will provide a full range of market research services on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to:

i. Design custom market research studies

ii. Implement studies by conducting fieldwork, coding and tabulating surveys

iii. Analyze survey results and prepare comprehensive reports

iv. Conduct oral presentations of findings to various MTA and operating agency staff including senior management and public officials.
