Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) from potential Suppliers to produce cigarette tax stamps. Stamps are for wholesalers, required by state law, to affix to packages of cigarettes to be distributed for purposes of tax collection. For informational purposes, the grand total for all Oklahoma cigarette stamps ordered in calendar year 2024 was 135,321,000 stamps. This was distributed in 3,334 Oklahoma Tax Paid rolls, 340 Oklahoma Tax Paid sheets, and 1175 Unity Rate rolls. A Contract resulting from this Solicitation may be designated for use as a Statewide Contract.

The contract is rewarded on behalf of the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) from potential Suppliers to produce cigarette tax stamps.
