GASB 75 OPEB Actuarial Valuation Services
City of Festus, Missouri
The City of Festus, Missouri is soliciting qualifications from qualified actuarial firms to provide GASB 75 Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Actuarial Valuation Services for the City’s retiree health, dental, and vision benefits. The selected firm will prepare an actuarial valuation and related reporting necessary for the City’s financial reporting in accordance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement No. 75.
Interested firms are invited to review the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for detailed scope of services, submission requirements, and deadline information.
Sealed qualifications must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFQ. The City of Festus reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any informalities in the qualifications process.
