Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by the City of De Soto, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at De Soto City Hall, 32905 W. 84th Street, De Soto, Kansas, until the above time for the construction of the City of De Soto 2025 Street Maintenance Program. At that time the Bids will be publicly opened and read.

This project includes milling of existing pavement, asphaltic concrete overlays, pavement marking, along with select pavement patching and curb replacement, and other associated work as part of the City of De Soto, Kansas 2025 Street Maintenance Program. The project is to include the following Streets:

a. W 84th Terrace: W 84th Terrace from Penner Avenue to the end.

b. Cedar Creek Road: Cedar Creek Road from W 83rd Street to the County line, along with pavement marking on W 88th Street from Cedar Creek Road to Hillview Drive.
