Project Summary :
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a. Roof repair and roof removal and replacement for areas indicated in documents.
b. Furnishing of all labor, materials, services,equipment and appliances as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications.
c. Provision of all items required for complete operating systems, including items not necessarily shown in these documents, but that canbe reasonably inferred as being required for the complete operating system.
d. Water testing of existing Rooftop Units. Contractor shall water test Units upon completion of the roof though installation of the base ply at roof and curbs. The building interior will be observed by the contractor during testing for water leakage through the deck. Testing shall be coordinated with Architect and contractor will provide documentation of the results of the tests.
