Obsolescence Lifetime Buy in Support of V-22 Aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) awarded a firm-fixed price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0001 to ELBITAMERICA, INC., 4700 Marine Creek Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76179 on a sole source basis for: The procurement of Life of Type Buy (LTB) for obsolete material under the ELBITAMERICA, INC. BOA. The Delivery Order is in-scope to the terms of the Basic Contract for procurement and delivery of Elbit components to support production of the V-22 Aircraft. This action was awarded on a sole source basis to ELBITAMERICA, INC. in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” ELBITAMERICA, INC. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Integrated Avionics Processor (IAP), Slim Multi-Function Display (MFD), and Standby Flight Display (SFD) and is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requisite expertise to perform the contemplated effort within the required schedule.
