Description:
SUNY Delhi is seeking Digital Marketing Partners to launch Student Recruitment Digital Campaigns.
SUNY Delhi is soliciting proposals from qualified digital marketing firms to assist with targeted, short-and-long-term advertising campaigns. These campaigns will focus on increasing inquiries, applications, and deposits from prospective students throughout New York and surrounding states, as well as promoting transfer opportunities and online enrollment. Campaigns will run from August 2025 - June 2026 during key enrollment cycles for each intended program or audience.
SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority,
pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000 for the
above noted service. A sealed bid will not be held.
Selected partners will work closely with the college’s Enrollment and Marketing
teams to develop and implement effective digital strategies that meet campaign
goals, leverage regional targeting, and resonate with diverse audiences.
Qualified firms should demonstrate expertise in digital advertising, including
1 of 8 search engine marketing, social media ads, and display advertising with a
data-driven approach.
Contract Term: 1 Year Location: 454 Delhi Drive, Delhi NY Ad Type: Discretionary procurements between $50,000 and $750,000
