Oil tank upgrade

Creighton School Division No. 111 is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to repair or replace the existing 25,000 litre oil tank which supplies 2 boilers in the school. The successful bidder must follow the engineered system design that will be provided. The tank must be emptied, cleaned and inspected by a fully trained and certified petroleum technician to determine its condition. It may just need repairs, or it may need to be totally replaced. Each proposal shall contain two bids - one if the tank only needs repair and a second bid if the tank needs to be totally replaced.

A copy of an up-to-date clearance certificate of letter of good standing with the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board is to be included with the tender submission.

All permits (electrical, gasfitting etc) to be included in each tender.

A copy of liability insurance must be provided.

The project must be completed between June 30 and August 31, 2025 in order that student and staff safety is not compromised.

Lowest tender or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
