Stryker Sales Orthopedic Power Tools and Acc

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Stryker Sales Orthopedic Power Tools and Acc and Related Products from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent Stryker Sales Orthopedic Power Tools and Acc and Related Products may, if interested, contact Brennan LaQue at laqueb@upstate.edu to discuss the procurement.

Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Stryker Sales Orthopedic Power Tools and Acc and Related Products. If offering a clinical equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. Vendor must be authorized to see Stryker Sales Orthopedic Power Tools and Acc as listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalent.
