Description:
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the purchase of a mobile crane truck will be received by the Department of Public Works in City Hall, at One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York on or before 10:00am local time, February 24, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside “Bid for Crane Truck.”
Specifications and bid requirements for said bid may be obtained at the City of Batavia’s webpage, www.batavianewyork.com . All bids shall be submitted on forms provided by the City. Questions should be directed to the Department of Public Works at (585) 345-6324. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities in the bidding.
