Summary
The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide: the removal and replacement of existing box culverts under Millwood Avenue and installation of conduit for power, telephone, communications and data for undergrounding of overhead utilities.
