Description: The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking information from vendors regarding potential solutions for a comprehensive Data Management Platform (DMP) to collect, integrate, store, and analyze data from various sources. The DMP should facilitate efficient data governance, support strategic decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness across the university system. The DMP should interact seamlessly with SUNY's existing technological infrastructure, ensuring interoperability and data consistency across various platforms. This integration supports enhanced data accuracy, reduces redundancy, and streamlines administrative processes, thereby facilitating a cohesive and efficient data ecosystem. This RFI is intended to gather insights into available technologies, approaches, and best practices that can support SUNY’s data management needs. In order to facilitate the review of the responses, please provide the information in the exact order as listed in the vendor response document (RFI # 4308 SUNY Data Management Platform Attachment 1 - Vendor Response.docx). Responses should be provided within the document directly below each question, maintaining the original formatting of this document. Please rename this document with the following naming convention: SUNY RFI# 4308 VENDOR NAME.doc (.docx format is also acceptable) and submit, by email, as a completed attachment. Please find the attached RFI document, which outlines the project objectives, requirements, and the specific information that SUNY is requesting. We kindly ask that you review the RFI and submit your response to DMP.RFI@suny.edu by June 18, 2025, at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
