Hudson Valley Community College is seeking proposals from organizations in the NYS Capital District providing occupational health testing and ancillary service programs. These programs include:

• Hepatitis B Vaccines
• Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure and Post Exposure Follow-Up
• Pulmonary Function Testing (NIOSH Certified)
• Respiratory Fitness Programs
• Collection for Drugs of Abuse for Reasonable Suspicion Testing
• Alcohol Testing for Reasonable Suspicion Testing
• Independent Medical Examination (Fit for Duty Exams)
• Back X-Rays for Pre-Employment
• Workers’ Compensation-Related Services (If we are disputing a finding)
• Psych Evaluations utilizing MPTC Guidelines
