Description:

Hudson Valley Community College is seeking proposals from organizations in the NYS Capital District providing occupational health testing and ancillary service programs. These programs include:

Hepatitis B Vaccines
Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure and Post Exposure Follow-Up
Pulmonary Function Testing (NIOSH Certified)
Respiratory Fitness Programs
Collection for Drugs of Abuse for Reasonable Suspicion Testing
Alcohol Testing for Reasonable Suspicion Testing
Independent Medical Examination (Fit for Duty Exams)
Back X-Rays for Pre-Employment
Workers’ Compensation-Related Services (If we are disputing a finding)
Psych Evaluations utilizing MPTC Guidelines
