Project Description: Vendor Service Contract for Electronic Records Management System Design Study and Needs Assessment.
The term of the contract is anticipated to commence on March 30, 2026, and continue until completion of the deliverables, with a recommendation expected in time to support the 2027 Capital Request and presentation to the Finance & Personnel Committee by August 2026.
This RFP requires 25% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation. Proposers must submit a fully completed OEI Form A demonstrating compliance with this requirement.
