The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to perform site preparation, grading, surfacing of the substation, oil containment installation, foundation installation, steel structure installation, ground grid installation, below-grade conduit installation, primary feeder conduit installation, lighting pole installation and grounding, installation of breakers, steel structures and other electrical equipment, fence and storm water detention fencing installation and grounding, roadway improvements and construction of both north and south drive entrances for the District’s N. Military Rd. Substation, located at 107 N. Military Rd, Winlock, Washington 98596.
