Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, is releasing this competitive solicitation to secure one contractor to provide litter cleanup and site maintenance services at the various Solid Waste Department’s waste disposal and transfer station These services support the Department’s operations to help provide clean and safe facilities for residents to dispose and recycle their waste materials at various locations located throughout the County.
