Summary
The County of Volusia is soliciting qualified Contractors to provide county-wide pressure washing and soft-wash services for buildings, structures, and related exterior surfaces across all County divisions and facilities.
This shall be a master agreement available for use by all County departments, including but not limited to:
- Facilities Management
- Library Services
- Coastal Division (Parks & Beach Facilities)
- Solid Waste Division
- Votran - Volusia County Public Transportation System
- Information Technology
- Daytona Beach Ocean Center
- Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA)
The intent is to establish competitively awarded pricing and standardized service expectations for routine, scheduled, and as-needed exterior cleaning services.
