Description

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking services for off-gas testing of materials. Off-gas service provided in accordance with the Statement of Work embedded within the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.

Services are to be completed at contractors location and materials returned to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

Requested delivery date of material is 11/20/2024.

Vendors are asked to please include all technical specification information sheets as proposals will be subject to technical evaluation for acceptability. Include in submission government property management system or plan to manage proeperty. Please make sure to complete the highlighted portions of the Request for Quote (RFQ) on Page 3 embedded into the the attachment. Please review the complete Statement of Work (SOW) starting on Page 5 through Page 6.
