On-site Confidential Document Shredding Services for DMV Depot.  Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
On-site document and shredding/destruction and recycling services are necessary to protect DMV's confidential records at various office units located at the DMV Depot location.

Estimated budget cost $38,361.60 for three (3) year term.

Current contractor and cost: Viking Shred LLC., for Confidential onsite document shredding, destruction and recycling services.
Weekly document shredding cost: per bin, per pick up $24.00
Total cost $13,464.00 for thirty-six (36) months
