The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Constituent Financial Empowerment Services (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract with One (1) Option to Renew) . Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 . Project work includes homeownership counseling, financial literacy and credit counseling, and facilitation of technical assistance for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
