STONERIDGE AND ELM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - PACKAGE F REGIONAL DETENTION POND: This project includes construction of a regional detention facility with inlet structures, outlet structures and a trickle channel. This is a dry facility. Project is located west of Elm Ave. and South of the BA Expressway, west of the Oak Tree Estates subdivision. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2025.
