GOS requires the supply of Auction Services from one (1) firm for each geographical area for a two (2) year period (2025-2026 fiscal year) with the option to extend the Standing Offer for three (3) additional one (1) year period(s). Services will include all services to advertise and host land sales in the name of the Crown and act as Administrators for assigned projects.

This RFP advertises for three geographical areas of work, Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Regina service areas. The proponent may bid on any or all of the service areas.

All firms must perform the auction based on the supplied land sales information. Firms must act upon the instruction of the clients. Auctions will be held at variable times and for variable durations. Auctions may include land, improvements, and chattels. Auctions are to be widely advertised by electronic and physical media. All deposits, payments, and collected funds will be paid to the ministry by the auction firm. Auction firm payment will be made following an approved invoice being supplied.

All firms must be a Licensed Auctioneer firm and possess an Auction License for Saskatchewan provided by the Registrar and Pursuant to the Auctioneers Act. It is anticipated that each service area will hire one firm, which must be a Saskatchewan Licensed Auctioneer firm; however, GOS reserve the right to use its discretion on the number of firms hired.
