SIGA Printing Services

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor to provide the printing services described noted below in accordance with the terms and conditions hereafter. The successful Bidder(s) (the “Printing Supplier”) shall provide printing services for SIGA’s Marketing and its seven (7) casino sites located in the locations indicated at F.O.B Delivery points.

The successful bidder(s) shall provide printing services to all SIGA Casino locations and Saskatoon Central Office on an if and when needed basis. SIGA would be looking to retain the successful Bidder(s) for a period of one (1) year with four (4) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years.

Requirements of Qualifying Bidders:
 Fully completed bid submission (all sections and tables) by the closing date and sent by one of the following options: Email or fax. (No zip files). Note: Files over 10 mb may need to be sent in multiple emails (Number each email accordingly).
 Bidders must have at least three years experience in providing similar services. Bidder should identify the number of years in business and detailed qualifications as it pertains to the products in this Invitation to Tender and provide with bid submission.
 All pricing quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
 The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
 SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
 Standard warranty terms and conditions information sheet to be included with bid submission.
 Bidders are to provide, with bid submission, three (3) references where the services provided was similar to the services listed above and service was provided in Saskatchewan within the last five (5) years. (all contact information to be provided (name, email, phone, address)
